At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our team in Ryde, Isle of Wight.

Doncasters are a leading international manufacturer of specialist superalloys and high - precision alloy components made for the most demanding conditions with manufacturing facilities in Europe, USA, Mexico, China and India. Here at Trucast we have been excelling in the manufacturing of Precision Castings for over 60 years, this includes turbine wheels for automotive and other industrial markets.


At Trucast we have a dedicated team of around 110 employees. We are situated on the largest Island in England, the Isle of Wight. Set in Ryde, we are locally accessible via car, bus, train or Hovercraft and Ferry from Portsmouth or Southampton across the water. Using the Hovercraft, the flight is no more than 10 minutes to ride, and a 5-minute car ride/ 15-minute bike ride to the Trucast site.

The Role

This role puts you at the heart of production, where you'll bring innovative products to life by expertly following standard operating procedures, work instructions, and key process specifications - all to ensure top-tier quality and help us hit our ambitious production goals.
