Shift: Double Day Rotating Shift

Salary: Up to 29,000 P/A depending on experience

Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Full time | Permanent | 40 hours per week - Double day shift is 6am - 2pm one week and 2pm - 10pm the following week

What You'll Do:

As a

Production Operative

, you'll play a key role in our busy

Print, Dye Sublimation, and Fabrication

departments, producing high-quality printed products to tight deadlines. You'll work with advanced machinery and materials, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-notch output every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate large-format printers (Swiss Q and Durst) to produce high-quality graphics. Read and understand job specs to ensure correct materials and setup. Conduct routine maintenance and housekeeping on machines. Prepare products for fabrication: measuring, templating, and hand trimming. Finish products with welding, eyeleting, and inspection for quality control. Prioritise jobs based on schedules, ensuring timely delivery to the Fabrication team. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Always adhere to Health & Safety policies.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working in a Production or Manufacturing background Forklift Truck (Counterbalance) licence desirable. An attitude to learn Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Basic IT skills and ability to use MIS systems. Great communication and teamwork. Flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime when needed. Punctual with a positive attitude.
