Due to an increase in growth and continued success, a brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Operative to join a world-renowned company, that has an extremely strong reputation with industry leading customers. This position is based at their modern manufacturing facility in the Sheffield area. Reporting to the Production Manager, your day-to-day duties include:

• Operating and maintaining a variety of machines while strictly following established procedures.
• Performing routine quality inspections and testing of all machinery to maintain equipment performance.
• completing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitoring workflow and coordinating tasks to ensure production timelines are achieved.
• Adhering to all company health and safety regulations.

This role would suit someone with experience of Production Operative who has worked as a Production Operative, Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative or a General Operative within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment. The successful Production Operative will have:

• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
• The ability to identify and report potential production difficulties before occurring.
• Great time management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
• Experience working successfully within a team.

Should the role become permanent, the company offers an attractive benefits package, including a generous hourly rate. While the role remains on a temporary basis, the benefits will include:
