Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products using hand and power tools, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work in a warehouse environment. The Production Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining production quality and meeting operational targets.

Responsibilities

Undertake duties associated with packing and distribution Assist with packing products - heavy lifting Carry out work issued to you ensuring that quality (ISO) is always a priority and delivered in a timely manner Be able to work with wiring electronics boards into head box assemblies Cutting, handling and measuring fabric and attaching to rollers for customer orders. Complete final quality checks & inspections on products, visually and through measurement Be capable of picking up & carrying out multiple tasks simultaneously Support & actively participate in production improvements Collaborate positively with all departments Contribute to supporting the work of supervisors and management as required

Requirements

Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules. Working previously in an electronics environment.
