Job Description
Norton Fluid Power: well-established for over 50 years, is a fluid power company in Birmingham, who are looking to expand their existing team, and have a fantastic opportunity for a production operative. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who would like to develop their career further in a positive fast paced growing environment & is eager to develop new skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Complete assembly of component parts to agreed timescales Operate automated & manual assembly equipment i.e Hose cutter & Swager/Crimper Ensure all quality procedures are followed before final sign off. Follow work instructions & other instructions written or verbal to complete assembly of products

- Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 1 in every 3 Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm paid at Overtime rate (after successful probation period)
- Pay: 26,702 PA - 39.5 hour week
