Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable

Production Operative

to join our team, specializing in the manufacturing of

heating controls

. In this role, you will be responsible for assembly of heating controls for hot water heating appliances, whilst ensuring that our products meet industry-leading standards and specifications. You will be part of a dynamic team working to deliver high-quality solutions for some of the most renowned names in the global heating industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Assembly:

Assemble heating control systems according to detailed work instructions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct routine checks and inspections of products to ensure they meet quality control standards and are free from defects.

Material Handling:

Accurately track and manage components, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for production and stored correctly.

Packaging:

Package finished products according to company guidelines and ensure safe and secure transportation.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols, handling tools and equipment correctly, and keeping the work area clean.

Documentation:

Complete production logs, quality check reports, and any other required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently and on schedule, reporting any issues or delays to supervisors.

Process Improvement:

Participation in continuous improvement, suggesting ways to enhance productivity, reduce waste, or improve product quality.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Previous Experience:

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably but not essential

Attention to Detail:

Ability to follow instructions and ensure our products meet the required specifications.

Team Player:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Adaptability:

Willingness to adapt to changing demands and support other areas of production as needed.
