Manufacturing Technician

to join our team. This is a 6 month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a

Manufacturing Technician

(Production Operative), you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation, helping to produce and package high quality medical cannabis products that make a real difference to people's lives.


Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


Following precise manufacturing methods in cleanroom and non-sterile environments



? Operating and checking equipment, adjusting or calibrating when needed



Keeping accurate records and logbooks (your attention to detail will shine here!)



Maintaining a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks



Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency

? Handling and disposing of materials (including hazardous waste) safely ? Managing your own time effectively to meet production goals

?? Has excellent organisation and time management skills



?? Is calm and accurate under pressure



?? Can work well independently and in a team



?? Is happy to follow strict procedures



?? Can spot when something's not quite right and take action



?? Has good dexterity and reading comprehension



?? Is flexible with working hours (our shifts run between 6am - 8pm)


? Bonus if you've worked in a fast-paced or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment - but it's not essential. Full training is provided!
