Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at Project Timber Ltd in Sutton-on-Trent. This role is essential for our operations as we grow, requiring a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of production processes. The position is full-time, permanent role with a Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm weekly rota

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of timber products. Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use power and hand tools safely. Ability to assemble products accurately and efficiently. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Willingness to learn and adapt as the company grows.
