We are currently recruiting for a

Production Operative

at our Swadlincote site.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating our production lines to form and shape steel lintels to exact specifications Accurately reading and interpreting production drawings Completing production and quality records with precision Maintaining tight tolerances and upholding our high-quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably with press brake operations A keen eye for detail and strong technical skills A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team ethic Punctual, dependable, and flexible--especially during peak production times

Shift Pattern - Afternoon Shift:

Monday - Thursday:

2:00pm - 10:30pm

Friday:

2:00pm - 8:00pm
