About the role

As a General Production Operative, you'll help us deliver

high?quality, innovative access covers and associated products.

Day to day you will:

Prepare materials and components, assist with assembly, finishing and packing Use hand and power tools safely; follow work instructions and quality checks Keep work areas tidy and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment Work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and support team targets
Training & progression

No welding or fabrication experience?

Training will be provided

to develop you into a

multi?skilled, flexible

team member. If you show the right mindset and capability, you'll have opportunities to

upskill into welding/fabrication

and broaden your responsibilities.

Pay, shifts & benefits

Pay:

We are a

Real Living Wage Employer

, and pay will therefore change in line with the RLW. The rate will increase to

13.45 per hour in April

.

Shifts:

We offer a variety of patterns; typical options include

afternoons (2pm-11pm, Mon-Thu)

and

part?time evenings (6pm-10pm, Mon-Thu)
