Job Description

Production Operative to join a leading manufacturing company based in Mauchline. It's a temp role with the potential of going to perm paying a salary of 13 an hour with overtime as well. As the Production Operative, you will be required to be on site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a reputable business in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Production Operative

Handling and managing raw materials
Moving pallets of materials safely and efficiently
Ensuring products are prepared correctly for processing
Picking and packing finished goods for dispatch

Beneficial experience for the Production Operative

Working within manufacturing, production or warehousing environments.
Experience operating basic machinery, power tools pr within a fast paced environment.
Understanding of health and Safety practises.
The ability to work individually or as a team within a fast paced environment.

We are looking for a Production Operative with experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
