All of the senior members of our company started their careers with SigNET as Production Operatives and have progressed following our training programme into roles such as Technicians, Supervisors, Manufacturing Managers and even moved into Sales.
Our starting salary is
13.15
per hour. Beyond probation we have a tiered pay scale for staff who are eager to learn and are striving for progression.Working as part of our manufacturing department between the hours of
08:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday
, you will be an active member of our dynamic production team. Working to deadlines you will assemble components onto printed circuit boards, perform routine tests and carry out the final assembly of audio life safety products in accordance with our standard operating procedures and the ISO9001 Quality Management System.We are looking for someone with excellent timekeeping and attendance standards, who can work to deadlines, produce work to a very high standard and is willing to learn all aspects of the Production department, whilst demonstrating a positive can do attitude.
