Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our family owned company. The role involves operating light manufacturing equipment, using a large commercial oven, packing and stock control.

All training can be given although a basic knowledge of safe food production methods and food hygiene would be helpful as our site is SALSA certified.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn, adaptable and have good attention to detail.

Usual shifts 9.30-7pm Mon-Thurs however there is some flexibility within this for the right candidate.

Duties

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Produce products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met. Utilise hand tool and power tools safely and effectively during the production process. Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members. We invite motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our production team while developing their skills in a supportive environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
