COME AND JOIN OUR TEAM

We are looking for a production operative to join our team based at a large manufacturing factory in Wigton.

A full job brief will be given during interview; however the role mainly involves maintaining and operating machinery, whilst keeping your work area clean and following all Health & Safety procedures.

This job involves the following shift pattern: 7 on, 3 off, 8 on, 3 off.

The shifts are comprised of earlies - 5:30-12:30, a day - 7:30-15:30 and lates - 12:30-20:30.

You don't need to have manufacturing experience, however you do need to get yourself to and from work, so a driving license and your own transport is preferable. We don't insist on a certain number of GCSE passes, however you must be reliable, have a strong work ethic and take pride in your work.
