We are delighted to be recruiting a number of production operatives to join our team in Ferndown in Dorset.
Summary:
This role will be cross functional working across inspection, moulding, finishing and despatch.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Set production machinery and equipment to achieve the correct output rate in order to complete the production plan and ensure the on-time delivery of goods
To manufacture product to the required quality standards and record data as determined by the relevant quality standards or specifications
Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others
Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation or production processes and equipment
Play an active role in maintaining housekeeping standards to ensure everyone's safety by adhering to the Company's health and safety policy
Carry out product changeovers as efficiently as possible and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Carry out machine cleaning as laid down in the procedures or as directed by the Supervisor
Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Supervisor or Manager of Superior Limited

Hours of work: Monday - 0800-1630, Tuesday to Friday 0800-1600 - 38 hours per week.
Regular overtime is available on a daily basis aand on occasions, a Saturday morning .
Once trained , there will be an opportunity to work night shift over 4 nights.

Regular overtime available - All hours worked over 38.00 per week will be paid at a rate of 18.31
