Overview

We are seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join our manufacturing environment just outside of Winchester.

Own Transport Essential!

The ideal candidate will have experience in factory settings and possess a strong mechanical aptitude.

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the businesses processes, shifts will potentially start in the next few weeks.

Shift Pattern:

06:30 am to 16:00 pm 07:30 am to 17:00 pm

Hourly Pay Rate:

12.21 to 12.50 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line. Utilize hand tools and power tools. Monitor production processes to required safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations as needed.

Skills:

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
You must be able to work a full-time permanent position as this will be a temporary to permanent basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
