Production Operative with FLT - Join the Team at Mizkan, Middleton!

32,000 (inclusive of 20% shift allowance)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Production Operative with FLT to join our team in Middleton. Mizkan is a global food company, producing well-known brands including Sarson's, Hayward, Branston, and OSU.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our Bottling Hall team in a dual-capacity role, with primary responsibility for supporting production operations and additional flexibility to assist the Logistics department when required.



The core focus of this role is within the Bottling Hall, where you will be responsible for: o Feeding materials and packaging to production lines in a timely and safe manner

Receiving and organising deliveries to maintain smooth supply to the lines Maintaining the glass infeed area to ensure it remains clean, tidy, and free from obstructions Upholding Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and following 5S principles

When operationally appropriate (i.e. without impacting core Bottling Hall activities), you may be required to provide support to the Logistics team. This includes:

VNA operation and stock handling Use of scanners for lifting and stock movement Aisle counts during stock takes Operating dock level equipment Vehicle marshalling (banksman duties)

Productivity: Meet targets, complete production data, and drive continuous improvement. Cost: Reduce waste, improve processes, and minimize rework costs. Delivery & Engagement: Support production plans, communicate effectively, and promote personal and team development.
