WE ARE LOOKING FOR PRODUCTION OPERATIVES TO JOIN OUR EXPANDING TEAM
Role Overview
As an operative, you will be responsible for the operation of fast-moving Napkin or Cup machines, ensuring their smooth day-to-day running. Your tasks will include:
Basic machine adjustments Lubrication of machinery Routine maintenance Maintaining high housekeeping standards Ensuring product quality meets expectations Achieving production targets
Shift Pattern
The role follows a
4 on, 4 off
shift pattern. (While we will consider shift preferences, they are not guaranteed).Training and Development
Full training will be provided to internal applicants eager to progress within the company.
We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:
A strong desire to learn new skills. Ability to quickly pick up new tasks. A positive attitude to work Basic mechanical skills Strong knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) and quality standards Excellent attendance record
