Salary & Hours

During induction:

28,174 per annum (12.60/hour)

Monday-Thursday: 7.00am-5.00pm (incl. 45-min lunch)

Friday: 7.30am-2.00pm (incl. 30-min lunch)

After induction:

30,958 per annum (13.23/hour)

Four shifts per week, 6.00am-6.00pm (fixed weekday off, agreed in advance)

Breaks: 45-min lunch + 3 x 15-min breaks

This is not a standard packing role - you'll be an important part of the production team, taking ownership of your machine, supporting smooth production runs, and ensuring our products meet high quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Packing finished ice packs into boxes or trays Stacking product onto pallets (including stretch-wrapping and banding) Carrying out daily machine checks, light maintenance, and general housekeeping Assisting with product changeovers, including setting up and replenishing raw materials Monitoring product quality and maintaining standards throughout production

What we're looking for

A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail Ability to follow processes and work safely in a busy production environment Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but full training will be provided
