About the Role



Production Operatives are required at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility due to continued growth and expansion. You will join a close-knit, supportive and experienced team working within a busy production environment carrying out a full range of production duties to ensure an efficient operation.

Your Responsibilities



Support the preparation of raw materials for the manufacturing process. Operate all machinery and equipment on the production line. Keep all equipment and machinery clean and in good working order. Maintain a clean, tidy and safe site. Carry out all relevant checks, including pre-op equipment checks. Operate the forklift truck, skid-steer and telescopic handler as required (training will be provided). Assist with customer collections, ensuring a high level of customer service is offered. Load products onto delivery vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. Assisting with the moving of shunting trailers, stock and materials around the site. Ensure all trailers are cleaned to a high standard after use.

What we are looking for



Experience of working within a production/manufacturing role and operating a forklift truck is preferred but not essential. Superb time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work unsupervised on own initiative as well as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. High level of attention to detail, with creative problem-solving skills. Very good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

What you will receive



Salary/Pay Rate: 29,206 per annum.
