Job Summary

Shift patterns - working two alternating shifts:

Week 1: Monday to Friday (06:00 - 14:00)

Week 2: Monday to Friday (14:00 - 22:00)

Pay: 13.99 p/h

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing, operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting assembly processes.

Responsibilities

Operate various production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely. Packing food products. Assist with assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications. Carry out product changeover activities as required. Completion of relevant documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to promote a safe working environment. Meet daily production plan / targets and to accurately report on issues and successes Ensure that food safety, quality and the environment are not compromised.

Requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, or related fields is desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the capacity to follow instructions precisely. Manual handling. Food hygiene awareness.
