Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team. The Production Operators will work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

Operate various machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Decanting of paints and other products Assemble products according to specifications and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to identify any issues during the production process. Monitor inventory levels of materials and report any shortages to management. Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety protocols.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
