Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator/Cleaner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. You would need to be used to working in the cold, and wet environment. Good for people who like manual work.

Duties

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assemble products according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as required. Cleaning crates, trolleys and Dolly's and other factory utensils to a very high standard Cleaning the factory. Cleaning experience would be desired.

Skills

Proficient in the use of Equipment and power tools relevant to production tasks. Experience in assembly processes, demonstrating attention to detail and precision. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
