Production Operative

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow processes to prepare raw meat for cooking into delicious sliced cooked meats. Operate within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring product quality and safety at all times. Adhere to all health & safety and food hygiene regulations. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets. Follow standard operating procedures and report any deviations or issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

You must be able to lift 10kg in a standing position unaided. Comfortable working in a chilled and high-paced food production environment. Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided. Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
