The Role - Production Operative

We are looking for a reliable and motivated

Production Operative

to join our production team at Lymn Bank Farm. This is a

permanent, full-time role

where you will be involved in key stages of the production process, helping to ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and takes pride in producing quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Blending, waxing and packing products in line with quality standards Maintaining consistency and attention to detail throughout the production process Following food safety, hygiene and cleanliness procedures at all times Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets Supporting a positive, safe and efficient working environment
About You

A reliable team player who can also work independently Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude to work Good communication skills Able to travel to site reliably (own transport preferred due to location) Previous production or food manufacturing experience is desirable, but not essential
Working Hours & Benefits

Permanent position

Monday to Friday only

- weekends off Working hours between

7:00am and 7:00pm

Start times of

7:00am or 8:00am

Finish times vary, up to

7:00pm

35 hours guaranteed per week

Pay from 12.33 per hour
