Production Operatives

to support production at one of our manufacturing clients based in Sunderland. Whether you're experienced or looking to build on your skills, this is an opportunity to join a reliable team with consistent work and immediate start potential.

The role:

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in ensuring products are built, checked, and delivered to a high standard. You'll be working on production lines where teamwork, quality, and safety are essential.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Supporting production line operations to keep output running smoothly Building and handling automotive components Checking products for quality and accuracy Labelling and preparing finished items Following set processes to ensure consistency and efficiency Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets
What we're looking for:

Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is preferred A good eye for detail and pride in doing the job right Ability to follow instructions and work to set procedures A dependable attitude and commitment to attendance and teamwork
Shifts available:

Early Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday Late Shift: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Monday to Friday
This role offers a fast-paced but supportive working environment with opportunities to start quickly following a successful line trial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.09 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
