CCF, Wales' largest farmer co-operative, is expanding! We're looking for additional

Production Operatives

to support increased demand at our busy Blend Plant near Cardigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business committed to quality, teamwork, and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate telehandlers for bulk and bag line loading Bag blended animal feeds according to production requirements Use Keenan and Triolet mixers to prepare feed blends following detailed mixing
sheets

Conduct daily safety checks on forklifts and report any defects promptly
What We're Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals who are:

Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic Willing to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment Able to follow instructions and maintain high standards of safety and quality
Desirable (but not essential):

Valid telehandler or forklift certification Experience with loading operations or mixer wagons
Full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Pay: 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 46 per week
