We are Highland Game Ltd, the leading venison producer in the UK, and we are currently in search of Production Operatives to join our team. The role involves performing a range of tasks that support the overall production, packing, and dispatch operations, while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Team: Production/Operations Team

Report to - Shift Supervisor

Work Hours: 06:00 - 14:30 / 14:00 - 22:30. Rate - 12.21 per hour/ overtime rate - 18.15

Work Days: Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Numerous roles are available.

Key Responsibilities:

General labour duties include removing packaging, cleaning workstations, feeding the Proseal machine with products, packing products from Proseal, moving baskets with trolleys, palletizing, and the ability to operate light machinery.

Sorting, picking, labelling, packing, and loading orders for dispatch.

Moving products using dolavs, trays, pallet trucks, and other carrying equipment.

Maintaining accurate records of products from the Proseal machine.

Carrying out duties to a consistently high standard.

Cleaning and maintaining the factory to ensure operational efficiency.

Operating safely in compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Promptly reporting any Out of Spec Products/Non-Conformances to the Shift Supervisor.
