The Role

We have several opportunities across our manufacturing divisions. As part of the team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products and engaging with our customers in a courteous and professional manner.

As a production operative you will be responsible for:

Operating plant and machinery to create or assemble products according to high company standards Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficient and safe production processes Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Maintaining a clean and organised work area Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment Providing a friendly and professional service to our customers

Your Profile

Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred but not essential Shunter and/or forklift experience desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
