Job Description

Silflex, a World-leading supplier to the Motorsport and Supercar industry, are currently looking for full time, permanent Production Operatives at our Pontyclun facility for immediate start.

This is a fast-paced and demanding manufacturing environment where you'll be on your feet all day. Good hand-to-eye co-ordination is essential, as is attention to detail, reliability and timekeeping.

In return we offer full training, support and the opportunity to progress to skilled roles with higher rates of pay + bonuses.

Hours:
40 hours per week
Mon-Thu: 7:30am to 4:30pm (half hour for lunch)
Fri: 7:30am to 1:30pm
Occasional opportunities for overtime

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
