Production Operator
Eskimo Products LTD is recruiting a highly motivated Production Operative to learn and develop in a fast-paced high quality manufacturing environment. The role is a day shift, which is Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 16:00

Eskimo produces beautiful designer radiators and towel rails, created by a bunch of designers and engineers. Stunning finishes, clean lines, meticulous attention to detail and total practicality. Innovation keeps us going. We strive to find solutions to problems through design, engineering, and the manufacturing process, and foresee trends and new industry challenges.

Eskimo was born in the Spring of 2001; and in 2018 established a factory in Birmingham and this has coincided with a period of exponential growth for the business. We have 120 distributors across the UK and 6 globally, and a wide client base of professional and personal customers. The Role

The role will involve working as part of a team; requiring excellent communication skills and willing to take part in problem solving and continuous improvement exercises. Flexibility with a willingness to learn and embrace new skills will also form a fundamental requirement of the role.

What does the role involve?

Learning the operation of a variety of light machinery Quality checking Assisting with production processes Assembly and testing using basic hand and power tools Filling out production paperwork Ensure customer quality standards are maintained at all times Employ continuous improvement techniques and share best practice with colleagues. Some heavy lifting
Salary: National Minimum Wage
