to join our electronics manufacturing team, with a focus on
cable and wire harness assembly
. In this role you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality products that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and solder wires and connectors using machine & hand tools.
Assemble cables and wire harnesses according to wiring diagrams, or work instructions.
Operate equipment such as wire cutting machines, crimp tools, heat shrink systems, and soldering stations.
Ensure compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards for cable and wire harness assembly.
Document work accurately and maintain production records in accordance with quality control processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work area; report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components and fine wiring.
Ability to follow instructions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Other skills:
Previous experience in electronics manufacturing and/or cable and wire harness assembly preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
Familiarity with crimping, stripping, soldering, and terminating techniques.
