Overview:
The Dispensary department at apetito are keen to promote excellent team work by employing people who have a positive (can do) attitude, who are prepared to learn a number of skills so that they are able to work in various positions within the department. By achieving this, the department is in the best position to produce quality products, in an efficient manner. We aim to not only achieve our targets but improve on them as well.
In this role, you will be required to work 3 in 7 days, over the weekend, with a shift pattern on 06:00 - 18:00.

Wiltshire Farm Foods, our sister company, is the UKs largest ready meal supplier cooking and delivering over 330 different delicious frozen ready meals across the UK. Responsibilities:
To be a key member of the production team producing bags of mixes for use in the factory and assisting in other areas.To be able to weigh mixes at the required speed:
Using Marco scales to weigh
Filling bins up with product and attaching batch codes to bins
Correct stock rotation
Clean down between different products
Open canned products
Follow correct personal hygiene procedures (e.g. changing procedure, hand washing procedures)
Operate to a clean (and tidy) as you go policy
Carry out efficient and effective clean downs when changing over products
Undertake xe2x80x98Basic Food Hygiene training: a pass level must be obtained
Observe the allergen procedures
Help the business be environmentally friendly Qualifications/Personal Qualities:
Desirable:

• Experience of food safety.
• Working in a production environment.

Personal qualities:

• Have a can do attitude; will have try to learn other tasks in the department if required

• Promote good team work help others.
• Have a desire to help the team meet the department targets
• Undertake any training made available/organised
