We're now looking for a

Production Operator

to join our team at our Montrose blending plant. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy hands-on work in a team environment --we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

As a

Production Operator

you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our fertiliser blending and bagging plant. You'll help ensure products are blended, packaged, and dispatched safely and efficiently to the highest standards.

Your main duties will include:

Operating blending, mixing, and bagging machinery. Loading raw materials and monitoring production batches. Performing basic quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency. Using forklifts and other equipment to move and load materials. Completing batch sheets and production records accurately. Supporting general maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment. Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial environment (preferred but not essential). Good practical and mechanical understanding. A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and reliability. Physically fit and comfortable with manual work. Forklift licence or willingness to be trained.
