Production Operator
Job Description
Feedmark are looking for Production Operatives to join our dedicated and hard working team based near Harleston.
This is a hands-on role working in a busy production department manufacturing high quality equine supplements, for delivery to our customers the next day.
Our standard shifts are 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Sunday (across 5 days). However, we understand not everyone is available for full-time work, so we welcome applications from candidates with different availability. Flexible working patterns can be discussed so please let us know your availability.
Responsibilities of the job include tasks such as mixing and packing products, within strict quality control guidelines and stock management. A valid driving licence is a must as Feedmark is based in a rural area so the ideal candidate will need to be able to get to and from work without relying on public transport. Full training will be given.
This position pays above National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage and in addition to hourly pay, there is also a bonus scheme.

Responsibilities
Mixing of supplement for horses using a range of different raw materials adhering to our high quality standards Packing and dispatch of products to customers Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with warehouse safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Operate machinery safely and effectively, following all operational guidelines. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials . Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
