OSSUR is a leading global provider of prosthetics and bracing and support solutions.

As a Production Operator, you'll be directly involved in the assembly and manufacture of our high-end upper limb prosthetics, ensuring the quality of our outgoing products. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll contribute to a smooth and efficient production flow at our modern facility in Livingston, Scotland.

The role:

Ensuring the quality of outgoing products from your cell, adhering to quality standards Completing tasks according to guidelines, systems, and procedures Maintaining continuous production flow Solving routine problems as they arise Addressing stock, repair, or returned products when needed Continuously analyzing processes to improve efficiency and quality Recommending process improvements to Management Adhering to Health & Safety guidelines Maintaining an organized and clean work cell

Skills & experience:

Previous experience within a manufacturing environment You thrive working within a small team environment and have a collaborative approach to work You have the ability to quickly learn and work with technical processes Strong attention to detail to meet high quality standards Understanding of continuous improvement principles Drive for continual learning and development Flexibility to cover other manufacturing tasks as needed in production during busy times, holidays etc.
This is a full-time role which includes a completive salary, pension and healthcare as well as many other benefits.
