We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work with various tools in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
Assemble components and products according to specifications.
Utilise power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist in the training of new staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Skills
Proficient in the use of manufacturing plant, power tools and hand tools.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Experience in assembly processes within a factory setting is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, with the capacity to follow instructions accurately.
Forklift license would be an advantage but not essential.
