Job Description

A permanent and full time vacancy has arisen for a Weaving Production Operator in the Weaving area of the manufacturing process along with potential progression opportunities to Senior Operator in a 2 year period and salary increase to 34,502pa.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. This position requires a strong use of your own initiative along with a logical work ethic. Candidates holding some form of manufacturing experience in previous employment would be advantageous, however, full training will be provided. The role involves a high degree of physical activity such as walking.

The shift pattern is based on a multi- shift system, 6am-6pm/6pm-6am. These days will rotate on a weekly basis with the employee working 5 set days one week and 2 set days the following week.

Responsibilities

Actively involved in the processes of Weaving Carrying out regular quality checks Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous. Good analytical skills Be a good communicator Be able to work under pressure A good safety attitude Attention to detail A good attendance record
