About the Role
As a Production Operator you will be responsible for following document packs and technical drawings to successfully assemble customer products. Although the work will be varied, we expect a high level of quality to be maintained across all product ranges that our customers require. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be able to work effectively and efficiently to hit production deadlines. You will be expected to be disciplined to your approach to company values, standards and health and safety guidelines to keep you and your team around you safe.
Main responsibilities:
To be able to read, understand and follow assembly documentation
To be able to use hand tools safely and correctly
To be able to work efficiently to keep up with production requirements
To adhere to health and safety standards, quality standards, policies and procedures
To be able to maintain a well organised, clean and tidy working area
