General Description



The Production Teams are responsible for the quality and effectiveness of production outputs, ensuring that:-

- The Company's products are produced right first time, in an effective, safe and timely manner.

- Relevant procedures are implemented and maintained.

- Training is implemented, monitored, recorded and effective.

- The scheduled production is conducted in accordance with the product specifications and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities



To assist Team Leaders with the production and assembly of high-quality medical and non-medical products ranging from 100ml to 25 litres, packaging of medical wipes and ancillaries.

Support of automated and manual lines to help keep them running efficiently whilst maintaining high Quality standards at all times, including accurate production records and completing regular line checks.

Requirements



A good level of fitness is required. Must have excellent attention to detail and good understanding of all paperwork and company requirements. Must have the ability to wear protective gowning and extra PPE where required. Always adhere to and execute production steps as defined by Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Packing Instructions, Production Records and Protocols in the manufacture of medical and non-medical products. Accurately perform in-process quality checks for specific quality attributes to ensure all products meet the correct standards and customer requirements. Use of basic laboratory equipment to complete manufacturing and filling activities including scales and p.H meter. Ensuring Manufacturing is compliant with national and international standards and legislation applicable to Tristel. Assist in the investigation and implementation of corrective actions on internal defects. Conduct all activities in a safe manner and in compliance with HSE requirements. Packing of all products in a timely manner to maintain maximum machine utilisation whilst maintaining a high standard of work, reporting of any deviations to the Team Leader. Maintain high standards of housekeeping at all times. Working as part of a team as well as being able to work alone. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Good understanding of English both verbal and written.
This role is Monday to Friday 39hrs per week (Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-12pm). No shift work and no weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,131.60 per year
