As a Production Operator, you'll be part of our Converting Team, responsible for running a slitting machine to convert master rolls of paper into different sized coils to meet customer requirements. You'll receive full training and support to develop the technical skills needed to operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Operate slitting machinery in line with customer specifications and Standard Operating Procedures Ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail during production Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times Monitor and report any quality concerns promptly Work collaboratively within the production team to meet targets and deadlines Carry out general housekeeping and support other duties as required
Shift Pattern

Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 12:00pm - 6:00pm (Friday)

Some roles may operate on day shift:
8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00am - 3:00pm (Friday)

About You

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is helpful, but full training will be provided Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work A team player with good communication skills Able to work safely, follow instructions, and use initiative Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
