Production Operatives; 5-month fixed-term contract and permanent positions available
Shift Pattern: 3 shifts rotation
Monday to Friday
Week 1: Day Shift - 6.00 - 14.00
Week 2: Back Shift - 14.00 - 22.00
Week 3: Night Shift - 22.00 - 6.00

What does the role entail?
Carry out check weighing, metal detection, quality control duties and/or operate machines.
Work on the automated or manual production lines to make product according to the quality standards and customer specification.
Using automated machinery such as ovens, depositors, production lines as per safe systems of work (SSOW).
Transfer of products, packaging, ingredients and equipment from one area of the factory to another.
Ensuring safety in the workplace.
Ensuring compliance with all instructions relating to the use and storage of materials and equipment.
Who are we looking for?
You should be a team-player, be co-operative and have the ability to complete repetitive tasks in cold or hot environment.
You should have good attention to detail, quality awareness and be willing to learn and develop.

The starting rate is 12.35 per hour as a Production Operative. Should you take an interest in and/or have relevant experience in our Key Skilled positions you can increase your grade upon full training of the key skilled role.
