What You'll Do

Boost Performance:

Reduce remakes, improve OTIF, and embed improvements that stick.

Lead Change:

Apply Lean and quality methodologies to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.

Turn Insight into Action:

Use data analysis to identify gaps and implement solutions that drive ROI.

Inspire Teams:

Coach and motivate production teams to deliver and sustain improvements.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in production management or process improvement within manufacturing/engineering. Strong data analysis skills (OEE, cycle time studies, root cause analysis). Practical knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Fishbone, 5 Why). Proven ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced environment. A proactive problem-solver with credibility at all levels.

Desirable:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, NEBOSH/IOSH, vocational manufacturing qualifications.

Week 1: Mon-Fri, 06:00-14:30
Week 2: Mon-Fri, 14:30-23:00

Do you have a strong understanding of health & safety, quality control, and production processes. Do you have strong data analysis skills, including conducting cycle time studies, basic statistics, and calculating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Do you have a valid continuous improvement/quality qualification such as Lean Six Sigma or equivalent? If so, which do you possess?
