WHAT TO EXPECT

Working full-time from our Dumfries office
, you will be a Production Plannerwithin our planning department.
Reporting to Materials Flow Manager the core function of the position is to control the scheduling and planning of specific Production Operations to the optimum degree of efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop Weekly Manufacturing schedules to meet customer demands. addressing any issues that arise, facilitating cross-functional teamwork where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Production and Sales and Operational Planning
- Provide Forecast data to our external Raw Material Suppliers
- Assess Site Manufacturing capacity ensuring it aligns with demand requirements.
ABOUT YOU
Required Experience:
- Experience of planning/scheduling in manufacturing plant is essential.
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages is required.
- Experience of MRP would be an advantage.
Required Skills:

Must have excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
