Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to join our team in Henley! As Production Planner you will be responsible for production planning, capacity planning and scheduling of production following customers requirements and requests issued by the sales team or for Make to Stock (MTS) Purposes.

Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm

Production Planner
Managing the Master Production Schedule. Raising and issuing work orders along with relevant production documentation. Identifying and reporting material shortages and constraints. Performing general administrative tasks related to production planning. Collaborating with managers, team leaders, and staff to identify and align production needs. Processing and evaluating customer sales requests. Monitoring and maintaining operational performance KPIS. Managing and updating the shop floor loading report. Implementing Engineering Change Notes (ECNs) in a timely manner. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Carrying out any other duties reasonably assigned by the Operations Manager.
