Overview

We are recruiting a

Production Planner

to support production planning and scheduling across our manufacturing site. This role focuses on creating achievable production plans, coordinating with operational teams, and supporting efficient day-to-day production.

Responsibilities

Prepare weekly and rolling production plans

Translate demand forecasts into daily and weekly production schedules

Support weekly planning meetings and attend daily operations reviews

Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Technical, Stores, and Purchasing teams

Maintain accurate planning data within SAP/MRP systems

Monitor production performance and highlight deviations from plan

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within planning

Requirements

Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment

FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred

ERP/MRP system experience (SAP desirable)

Strong Excel, organisational, and communication skills
