We have an exciting opportunity for a

Production Planner

to join our team

based in Kingswinford

, West Midlands.



Reporting to the UK Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the daily administration of factory operations and is an important part of the smooth operation of the factory. Duties include a mix of activities from placing orders and maintaining various systems relating to the manufacturing process and personnel. This role would be best suited to a motivated, well organised person with excellent attention to detail who can identify and implement improvements.



In order to be successful in this role you will need previous experience in a similar role and have experience using ERP systems, ideally D365. You will need a high level of computer literacy and experience with data entry and reporting.

Key responsibilities;





Deal with customer queries by phone and email. Work closely with various departments within the business including production and logistics Support with monthly reports to the Operations Manager, including work in progress statistics and production reports. Assist with production worksheets and data, as necessary. Bulk order planning, including for The Netherlands and North America. Handle complaints in a timely manner. Attend complaints and aborts meetings. Contact suppliers relevant to planning

Essential Skills;



Computer literacy with good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous administration experience Experience with data entry and reporting. High level of organisation and the ability to solve problems Ability to work as part of a team and have a flexible approach to work . Experience in production planning, capacity planning, knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools such as PowerBI or Atlas.

This is a site-based role, so you will need to be able to commute to Kingswinford

Schedule



This role is Monday to Friday working 39 hours per week. Working hours are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3.30pm on Friday
