Holiday: 25 days, plus Bank Holidays

Pension: After 3 months Nest Pension Scheme (5%)

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive planner with a passion for optimising production processes? Calleva is seeking a

Production Planner

to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

As our Production Planner, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining short- and long-term production schedules that align with Calleva's operational goals and customer expectations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal use of resources, including machinery, labour, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Lead weekly and daily production meetings with team leaders and managers. Collaborate on ERP system development and implementation. Strategically plan and forecast to minimise production changes. Manage stakeholder relationships across production and operations. Raise purchase orders aligned with production needs. Communicate effectively across departments regarding supply and operational changes. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A confident communicator who's not afraid to challenge the status quo. Dynamic, responsive, and able to reprioritise quickly. Comfortable with change and decision-making. Skilled in numerical analysis and data entry. Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. Exceptionally organised with strong time management and prioritization skills. A reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred:

Experience in FMCG environments.
