Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner and Stock Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in production planning, materials purchasing and stock control in an SME food manufacturing environment.
Duties
Liaise with sales and production to maintain and produce Excel based production plan. Produce slicing plan based on expected orders. Produce despatch lists to send product to external distributors. Monitor meat stock levels and order requirements. Monitor finished goods stock held at external distributors. Sourcing and purchasing consumables, packaging and meat. Liaise with sales in monitoring sales forecasting versus actual orders. Manage inventory, ensuring stock availability for production. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor meat stock dates. Stock control of packaging and consumables. Organise occasional transport. Some sales order processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
