Are you passionate about customer delivery? Do you want to play your part in helping us to Craft a Better Future?

We are looking for a Production Progress Chaser to join our Planning Team. You will be responsible for creating weekly priority lists and working in collaboration with the manufacturing and DC teams ensuring timely production and delivery of customer orders on time and in full. You will work closely with various teams to maintain production schedules and quality standards; highlight risks/bottlenecks and escalate issues to ensure solutions are in place. Key Responsibilities are below:

Create daily priority reports Track production schedules, identify risks/delays and report updates Review the work in progress and monitor the work instructions to ensure the reports are correct; closing any work instructions that are void Creating work instructions when required Work with the teams to resolve issues like material shortages, equipment breakdowns and/or capacity constraints that hinder the production flow Report delays or potential problems to relevant stakeholders, ensuring a timely action and resolution Communicate with the distribution team on despatch dates * Support continuous improvement - challenge the status quo
